Welcome to ZenCena. By using this application you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using ZenCena you accept these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the application. Continued use after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

2. Minimum age

ZenCena is intended for people 13 years of age or older. Minors require parental or guardian authorization to install and use it.

3. Permitted use

ZenCena is a personal finance tool for individual use. You may not use it for illegal activities, money laundering, tax evasion, or to process third-party financial data without their consent.

4. User data

All the information you record is stored locally on your device. You are the sole responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of that data.

5. Backups

ZenCena offers exporting and importing your data as a JSON file (Premium feature). Periodic backups are recommended. We are not responsible for data loss due to deletion, uninstall, device change, or device failure.

6. Premium subscriptions

ZenCena offers paid subscription plans (monthly, yearly, lifetime) that unlock additional features. The following conditions apply:

• Billing: charges are made to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the first charge is made automatically.
• Lifetime: is a one-time payment that grants access to Premium while the product exists and you keep your Apple/Google account active.
• Cancellation: you can manage and cancel the subscription from your Apple ID Settings (iOS) or Google Play (Android). ZenCena cannot cancel subscriptions directly.
• Refunds: refunds are managed by Apple and Google according to their policies. ZenCena does not process payments or refunds directly.
• Price changes: any price change will be notified in advance and will only apply after your next renewal.

7. Limitation of liability

ZenCena is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial losses, recording errors, investment or spending decisions, or direct or indirect damages arising from use of the application. ZenCena is not professional financial advice.

8. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, code, and content of ZenCena are property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or decompile the application without express authorization.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will require new acceptance within the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, unless the law applicable to your jurisdiction states otherwise.
